June 10, 2013-August 16, 2013 at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
We have two parallel programs for undergraduate students (REU) and secondary school teachers (RET). Undergraduates must be enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university and be graduating after September 2013. Teachers must be currently employed as a secondary school teacher. All participants must be U.S. citizens or permanent resident aliens
Applications must be received by February 11, 2013. Click on the link to the left for more information and to apply online. We are especially interested in applications from students from minority groups who are underrepresented in physics or who come from schools which don't have graduate research programs.
